Mesotherapy And Needle-Free Mesotherapy
What is Mesotherapy?
Mesotherapy,as the word meaning, is the process of giving drug mixtures with thin needles to the very point in the skin. The aim is to bring the area where the disease is located and the treatment area closer to each other. Mesotherapy is, therefore, a local treatment. Very small doses of drugs are injected into the problem areas through very thin 4-13 mm long needles. The solutions used are specially prepared for each patient with different doses of different drugs depending on the patient's condition and the condition of the skin.
The success of mesotherapy is proportional to the appropriate patient and appropriate application.
The skin consists of 3 layers;
Epidermis layer: top layer. Important for cosmetics. The healthy, youthful appearance of the skin is related to the epidermis.
Dermis layer: The middle layer is the most functional layer of the skin. In this layer; veins nourishing the skin; nerve endings; supporting tissues providing elasticity of the skin.
The elasticity and vitality of the skin belong to this layer. The decrease of the support substances in the dermis, the deterioration of the circulation can manifest itself with symptoms such as wrinkles, sagging, colour changes, cellulite. In mesotherapy, the aim is to provide the skin with the natural ingredients needed to reach the dermis layer and to regain its lost elasticity and vitality.
Subdermal layer: the lowest layer. This layer contains fat and muscle structures. The fat cells accumulated in this layer are manifested as regional lubrication. In this region, the appearance of cellulite may also arise with the deterioration of circulation.
The goal of mesotherapy is to make the needs of the skin the most effective. The needs and disorders of the dermis layer can only be eliminated by direct application to the layer (mesotherapy).
Mesotherapy can be applied both for therapeutic purposes and for protection purposes in cosmetic dermatology.
It is an effective and reliable method which has been used for many years in the treatment of facial rejuvenation, hair loss, cellulite and local fat storage.
How It Is Applied

Mesotherapy is not carried out ethically for pregnant women and nursing mothers.
Facial Mesotherapy, Mezolift
The first signs of ageing of the facial skin are the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles and the loss of elasticity in the skin. Over time the wrinkles deepen and the skin hangs.
Mesolifting method, by making microinjections of natural substances into the skin, provides skin tissue renewal to the top and bottom.
Mixtures of substances used in mesolift affect the metabolism of the skin. In the treatment of mesolifting, substances which are very important for the skin are given. Thus, by creating more collagen, elastin quality increases and the structure of the skin is strengthened. Due to increased oxygenation, the skin begins to appear healthy, shiny and refreshed in weeks.
What is Needle-Free Mesotherapy?
Needle-free mesotherapy is the procedure performed with the electroporation principle. The drugs used in this procedure are given to the skin without the need for injection. In this application electrical current is used. Needle-free mesotherapy can provide more successful results than needle mesotherapy. This is due to the fact that the drug can be distributed more homogenously under the skin. This technique, which has been used in the treatment of cancer patients for many years, is now preferred in mesotherapy.
